J.A.T.C. Local 17's JONATHAN DEPINA WINS THE 2018 ALL of NEW ENGLAND GOLDEN GLOVE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE .
It was a great night at the fights once again with strong support from Local 17 in attendance to cheer on our Champion.
Jon fighting hard in a tough bout winning the decision and Championship title.
Local 17s Jon DePina won the Central New England Golden Gloves Champion and last night won the ALL-NEW ENGLAND GOLDEN GLOVES TOURNAMANT OF CHAMPIONS TITLE.
He will travel to the National Championships in Omaha Nebraska in May.
Jon is from Dorchester and a third year apprentice for Boston Air Systems and has the full support and encouragement of owners Jay Blazo, Barry Dwyer and Superintendent Brian Chase especially when it comes to preparing for his boxing matches.
